Newswatcher is now maintained by John Norstad at Northwestern, and the latest version is available at ftp.acns.nwu.edu [129.105.113.52], directory pub/newswatcher. The copy here on the CD is only updated once in a while: if it's important that you have the latest version, you'd be well advised to check the ftp site.
